Welcome to the Sigma Pharmacist Summit 2024 Awards Nominations
Nominations for our Amcal and Discount Drug Stores Pharmacists of the Year are now open!
Category 1: Pharmacist of the Year – Leadership
The pharmacist has invested in team development, wellbeing and positive workplace culture.
Category 2: Pharmacist of the Year – Collaboration
The pharmacist has identified and embraced opportunities to become embedded in local healthcare teams; and partnered with services providers to deliver enhanced services to patients.
Category 3: Pharmacist of the Year – Innovation
The pharmacist has embraced digital health technologies, automation and advanced efficiencies; and planned and executed physical design and workflow transformation.
Category 4: Pharmacist of the Year – Community Engagement
The pharmacist has identified and met unique patient needs; and improved patient access to health services.
Category 5: Pharmacist of the Year
The pharmacist has demonstrated a combination of leadership, collaboration, innovation and community engagement.
How the nominations process works:
- There will be an Amcal and Discount Drug Stores winner for each category, as well as an overall Pharmacist of the Year award for each brand.
- You may nominate yourself or another pharmacist.
- You may nominate each pharmacist for a single category or multiple categories.
- Pharmacists nominated for multiple categories will be considered for the overall 2024 Pharmacist of the Year award.
- For each nomination, you will need to provide:
- Nominated pharmacist’s full name
- Pharmacy name
- A brief description of how the pharmacist has met the award criteria.
